Dear humans:
Saying “F**K IT” to everything and everyone
Carrying around a bad attitude
Treating people like crap because you’ve been hurt
Acting like you “don’t care” about anything
Being Petty
Always cursing people out and ready to fight
Ignoring people as a way to deal with anger
Being mad all the time
…and the likes…

ARE NOT PROPER COPING SKILLS. THESE THINGS ARE THE MANIFESTATIONS OF YEARS OF FAILING TO PROPERLY COPE WITH TRAUMAS OF LIFE!!

Some of y’all be round here making jokes about mental health not even realize you actually have a serious issue. Half ya’ll make jokes about folk being “crazy” without even recognizing damn near every status you post screams “I NEED HELP”…

It’s amazing how many people are clearly depressed and don’t even realize because they think it “normal”….

People can be addicted to suffering, victimhood, and trauma…..are you?

Stop joking about therapy and get you some. Coping skills are neccessary if you want to survive this life.
